"The price is right but I won't be back. The place needs some serious updating. Windows don't open, in our room AC didn't work, TV software is decades old, hot water was barely warm, lamp switches so old they were barely serviceable. "

"The property is conveniently located and for the most part well maintained. Rooms are spacious. The provision of breakfast and a coffee/tea bar is appreciated. Blackout shades functioned perfectly. Note on the shower stall in the accessible room we were in: the dam to prevent water from flooding the bathroom was ineffective, leading to quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor. "

"The TV was not working when we arrived, had to call twice to get it working. We booked a room for 3 people, but there were only two towels and had to ask for more. Lastly, we booked a handicap accessible room and the shower had no instructions for how to adjust the two shower heads and water temperature."

"Parking was on a hill that needed huge potholes repaired. Checked in really late and when we tried to open our room door, the card reader didn’t work. Sent husband back to front desk to get the room keys fixed and tried again with the new card keys and still didn’t work. Had to go back down to the lobby to get staff to open door and he couldn’t either. Turns out the room was already occupied by someone else. How did the front desk not know this? We could have been placed in a dangerous situation had we entered someone else’s room. Unacceptable!"

"Overall worth the value But hardly 5 star Won't get great sleep at night But fully served its purpose at late availability and price Attempt to provide great experience falls short, but again the value makes it. Parking is free, as well as decent small breakfast items, with convenience of multiple stores close. The staff is excellent and Attempts to improve stay. The shower was hot which is far better than more costly and higher rated hotels. So Overall, worth the cost and experience. Just need to improve on late night noise so one can effectively sleep."
