"Comfortable and clean room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. elevator was down but I was able to get the last room on the first floor. Pool was really cold and could be cleaned. Rust in the tub. Fridge did not cool properly and took a full day to cool. Microwave works but the buttons weren’t functioning properly. My key didn’t work on my second day. I told the staff and was given another key! Very close to Knoxville! Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again! "

"Location and staff was excellent. The original room they gave us smelled of smoke and the heat/AC unit fan was making a noise so we had to get a new room. The rooms are aging and could use an update. There were stains on the shower curtain, sheet and several towels in addition to mold in the corner of the shower. It was very quiet for being on a main road and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great the first day but they never changed the menu so it got boring fast. Every day was sausage and eggs for heated foods. I have done a bunch of Quality Inns in the past and they did repeat the menus but only every 3rd or 4th day. Would I stay here again....yes."

"For a hotel part of the La Quinta chain, this location room amenities were surprisingly low budget. Let's start with TV channel package. For $100+ a night they offered 30 channels and most of them were low budget garbage channels. In the am, when I went to take a shower, I noticed some hairs in the the tub which tells you all you need to know about the lack of effort put into cleaning the room. Last but not least the room temp wall control unit for the fan is either ON or AUTO and both options have the fan on HIGH and so darn noisey!!! For the money being charged for the room, the Econo Lodge next door was probably a better option. Terrible location and shame on Wyndham for allowing a location like this be represented under their flag! "

"The room had mold in the shower. The room did not match the pictures online. The pool room was cold as it was in the hotel and the pool was also cold. Breakfast was okay besides the gravy it was watered down. "

"Great, well maintained, conscientious staff. Breakfast was better than other comfort inns we stayed at. Breakfast manager obviously cares. "

"Very clean and presentable. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are somewhat dated, especially no electrical outlets convenient to the beds. I had to run an extension cord across the room to use my CPAP machine."
