La Font (Canaves) - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Located in an idyllic spot and overlooking the mountains of Pollensa, this nice villa offers a second home for 6 people.

Surrounded by forest and with views of the mountains, this house offers a private salt pool measuring 9m x 4.5m and a depth varying from 0.6m to 1.9m. Our guests love to be outside and swim in the pool, sunbathe on one of the six sun loungers, or have dinner with the whole family. A spacious terrace with outdoor bathroom with shower and two furnished porches, one of them with fixed barbecue, invite you to enjoy your free time. The plot of 2000 m2 is completely fenced and there are some neighbours in the area.

Entering the two-storey house, you will be welcomed by a pleasant living-dining room, where you can watch satellite TV (English channels only) or eat together under the A/C. In the gas kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare any dish. There is a complete bathroom with shower and change of towels every 3 days that serves this floor. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Regarding the bedrooms, which have a change of sheets every 3 days, on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with a double bed, A/C and wardrobe. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, both equipped with wardrobe and A/C, the first with two single beds, and the second with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. For our youngest guests, we provide a cot and a highchair.

The north of Mallorca is ideal if you want to combine sea and mountains. In Pollensa and the surrounding area there are many hiking trails that lead you through the Serra de Tramuntana. The Camí Vell de Lluc a Pollensa is characterised by spectacular scenery and nature and is a popular trail, especially in spring and autumn. At the beginning you can visit the Monastery of Lluc which is hidden in the middle of the mountains and is a reference point for hikers and cyclists. If you are looking for sea and beach, Puerto de Pollensa will enchant you with its long and fine sandy beach. The promenade offers restaurants, bars and shops, where you can take long walks. In Cala Sant Vicente you can snorkel or relax in one of the three surrounding coves. The lighthouse of Formentor, the northernmost point of the island, surprises with a wild and romantic landscape, surrounded by the Mediterranean. In the old town of Pollensa there are supermarkets and typical restaurants, as well as the famous Calvari, which can be reached by 365 steps. At the top of it all awaits a small chapel and views over the bay of Pollensa.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.Pets are not allowed.The holding of events is forbidden.There is exterior parking for 3 cars.Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out time is until 10:00.Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except those under 16 years, must pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night per guest during the low season and 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
