The Old Town of Pollensa is within walking distance of the villa for those who wish to dine out or simply wander the charming cobbled streets, however, due to the location of the villa we do not recommend this walk for those with limited mobility. Ca Na Copea has a striking stone clad façade with wooden shutters framing each window and mature grape vines growing up the adjoining terraces creating a typically Mediterranean feel. The surrounding gardens are extremely well kept and feature mature shrubs and trees, a generous patch of lawn perfect for family games and a larger-than-average swimming pool surrounded by ample terraces from where the views can be best enjoyed. Inside, the villa is furnished in a traditional yet refined style, with comfort in mind. Each of the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and have access to their own bathroom, and the lounge features huge picture windows so you can cool off indoors whilst still gazing over the pretty rural scenery. Should you wish to explore further afield and sample the local beaches, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia are both within easy reach by car. \*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night. \*\*As shown on the website, due to the elevated position of this property there are some low walls with drops within the villa grounds and ladder effect Railings/Balconies. Please take extra care when accessing these areas and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Arrived late at night but the directions for access to the villa were perfect. Awoke to the beautiful location beneath the Puig and overlooking Pollença town and the mountains beyond. Pool was excellent and accommodation perfect for our family. Balcony and quiet spots for relaxing made this a very comfortable villa for our holiday. Had to contact the rep for a small issue with the pool but Sarah arrived and had it sorted very quickly and was wonderful, very important to know you have such good support when you are going on holiday. There is a bit of a slope to the villa from the town but, as we have stated in the area many times were aware of this and it wasn't too bad. ##### Campbell F.
