Just a few steps away from the stunning golden sandy beach, the picturesque seafront promenade and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars, this apartment becomes the perfect refuge for those seeking to enjoy a relaxed holiday without the need for a car. Whether for a couple, a small family or a group of friends, Piso Carles offers the comfort and convenience of being close to everything you need. Completely renovated with a contemporary design, the apartment has been carefully conditioned to offer a superior holiday experience, all at exceptional prices. With capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, the apartment's interiors are elegant, functional and cosy, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and bright living room features an adjacent dining area and is equipped with a smart TV, where you can enjoy your favourite series and movies through Netflix. The comfortable sofas and large doors leading to the furnished private terrace invite you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate at any time of the day. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing your favourite dishes or enjoying a home-cooked meal during your stay. The two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, are spacious, full of natural light and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring that your rest is perfect throughout the year. Both share a spacious and modern family bathroom, offering the necessary comforts for a comfortable and pleasant stay. For families with children, Piso Carles also offers a dedicated play area, equipped with a drawing table and other facilities designed for the little ones. This additional space allows children to enjoy their own recreation area, while adults relax. Information to be taken into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests. Great location very close to large supermarket, beach and all the amenity of Puerto Pollensa. Great to be able to hang clothes out on line at back of apartment as dried very quiet. Very quiet area except first thing in morning due to I think a kids nursery just behind the apartment which can be heard early from the twin bedroom. Apartment has everything you need. Bear in mind it is on second floor which had no impact on us but maybe would have for some. The welcome back from the rental company appreciated. Séjour de 11 nuits en juin 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Polley M. 9 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### A clean, pleasant and well equiped apartment We found the apartment to be clean and spacious. It appears to have been fully renovated.The 2 bedrooms have aircon which is an advantage over apartents that have aircon only in the main bedroom plus living room - everyone can sleep in comfort. The apartment stayed cool with the windows open front and rear. There is direct sun on the rear in the early morning - great fro drying clothes. Afte that no direct sun until early evening on the terraace so over heating not a problem. Location is great - 300m walk to the beach but if you want to swim you'll have to walk a bit further to avoild the ricky sea bed. The kitchen was well equiped with good condition pots and pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a utility room with washing machine. There was nothing to complain about. The local rental agents are Sealand villas although the owner lives in the downstairs apaprtment. Sealand are helpfull and responsive and try hard to give a good service. The apaprtment is on the 2nd floor - no lift - not mentioned in details. My only negative is that the living room furniture is not comfortable enough to sit through a film. The couch has padding but you have to sit bolt upright. The 2 armchairs are hard basket weave and you cant really be comfortable for long. Also, meals on the veranda is not ideal because there is only a low coffee table - a dining table and chairsd would be better. These are not complaints so much as suggestions for improvement. ##### Polley M.
