With a total area of 100 m², the property is spread over two levels:

On the first floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen (stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher) with a dining area, as well as a separate living room featuring a second dining area. It features a sofa bed with a mattress and a home theater area: a smart TV (TNT, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video) and smart home lighting with multiple preset moods.

Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, including a master suite. Each bedroom features a double bed or a queen-size bed, its own walk-in closet, and its own bathroom. You’ll also find a laundry area in the master suite’s bathroom, complete with a washer and dryer.

The property has its own secure garage.

The house is located near Place Le Petit, next to the former Courthouse.

For grocery shopping, you’ll find a Monoprix in the Les Cordeliers shopping center and a Carrefour City near the Marché Notre Dame, both within a 5-minute walk. Cafés, restaurants, wine shops, bakeries, and boutiques are all within an 800-meter radius—all within walking distance.
