"Nicely positioned in the City with access to major banks, cafeterias and transportation. The hotel is managed by Lebanese it seems, resulting in degraded service quality. At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought "
"I didn't stay in hotel because was sa dirt, not good condition, not wifi, and customers not respect...that woi i resin to stay on hotel. Ihave the of pictures for bed, bathroom furniture"
"Nice hotel. Room is OK. You have a refrigerator in each room. It's close to the beach and also you have a mini supermarket besides the hotel. Best thing though, the time I was there, I never felt any mosquitos at all."
"Hotel residence saint jaques is a nice little hotel near the beach in Pointe noire.
The manager is helpful and friendly. There is a tennis table, a swimming pool and long chairs in the common area. Too bad the place was empty.
The room was quite small but well it was alright for one night. More annoying was the water shortage but this was due to the lack of city water.
Ok for 1 night"
"Really enjoyed my stay at the Palm Beach. Excellent location, across the street from a beautiful beach and walking distant to a number of excellent restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff and great food. Management superb always available to assist with your needs.
Highly recommend. I would not stay anywhere else.
