« Terrible experience. This is my first public comment over 30 years of travel. Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking). Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines. I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist. Avoid at all cost. »

We used the jacuzzi in the room and got a rude nock two times on the door from the guy at the front desk wanted to now if something was going on in the room because the room next door was complaining! Second time where told we could not use the tub anymore!!! The pool area was filthy. When we checked out the guy next store from us was complaining and was given a large discount! We were told since we booked through Expedia we could not be compensated? Probably...

« This place was absolutely perfect to call home for the night! I went at the end of March so it was very cold and a lot of the shops were still closed for the season but I loved every bit of the island and this lodge luckily stays open year round which saved my butt! This place is clean, quiet, comfy, so so close to the water and right downtown where all the good stuff is! I’d stay here over and over again. The staff was so very friendly and helpful, we were thrilled with our stay! »

« Hôtel bruyant du fait d’une isolation insuffisante par rapport au couloir et à l’étage supérieur. Une horde de collégiens (apparemment sans grand contrôle) a semé la panique le premier soir et le lendemain matin et on entendait tous les bruits venant de la chambre au dessus de la nôtre (pas, eau). »
