"Situated in Beau Vallon in a lokal neighbourhood. Spacy room with fabulous view and nice balcony. Shared kitchen with fair alpint of kitchen remedies. Only draw back is currently constructionwork ongoing close by in the daytime and most annoying 3 small dogs Barking more or less 24/7\. Ofcourse mostly irritations during night. "

"L'accueil est sympathique, tout est fait pour nous mettre à l'aise. Quand on réserve pour trois personnes, ils mettent un lit d'appoint dans la piece principale. Seul point négatif, l'odeur d'humidité dans les placards, même ceux de la cuisine. Et un peu plus d'équipement de base pour se faire à manger serait appréciable. Sinon vraiment sympathique et bien situé pour circuler sur l'île."

Deepak (the Manager) spend time chatting to everyone and Anna & Jo’s (Barman) service was 5 star! Our rooms were always spic’n span.We loved the afternoon tea and special cocktails we had upstairs. "After being greeted so warmly by gate security, the tone was set for service excellence by the Constance Ephelia team. We stayed in a Jnr suite, which was well presented and large, with a beach/sea facing view. Room cleaning staff were excellent, twice a day the room was seen too. There are 5 restaurants on the resort, all very nice delivering great food, and various types to keep everyone happy, and themed evenings to give additional variety, we went half board, which was perfect, full board given the amazing food would have left us in a food coma each day. There are also multiple bards for afternoon or evening drinks, with evenings offering live music. There are 2 main beaches, north and south, each offering water sports, the south beach is quieter and our preference, however the tide effects watersports here as its shallow. When I booked, I contacted the hotel and they arranged transport to and from the airport. Special mention to Crispin on reception, who went above and beyond on assisting me."
