"The hotel was wonderful, close to everything, It has its own private parking deck which is great. For this trip the hotel was just what we needed, very relaxed environment. Not to busy and not too much going on it is ADA, the ramp access to beach was good, only complaint was the drop off the ramp was really high off the ground, but I'm not even sure if the hotel can do anything about that. The elevators were quick and many readily available. The breakfast was good, loved that they had breakfast hours until 10 am. On vacation sleeping in a little is nice. Our room was ADA wheelchair accessible which was truly accessible. Although the door to get into the room was incredibly heavy to open. very nice layout for the room. The A/C was nice and cool, the shower though always ran cold. I think it was a temp controlled to prevent accidents, the sinks all had hot water. we mentioned it to the front desk that the showers were never hot and they said it took a while for the water to warm. The sink water would be warm and the shower was always cold. This is why I cant give it a 5 *****, the cold showers caused spasms and it was very uncomfortable, the water. i mentioned it again to the staff and gave them our room number to have them look into it and it was disregarded. It was the only complaint, i spoke to our neighbors across the hall same floor and they had hot showers. the temp never went up, or down, it was tolerable but never warm or hot."
