"Nice place. Nothing over the top. We arrived 20 minutes before check-in, and the girl at the counter asked if we wanted to pay the $25 early check-in fee. That was very off-putting. I'm sure the room was ready to go. She had zero personality even before that question, but the young gentleman in training who was there when we returned was awesome. The gentleman who was training him also had zero personality. We saw that as some guests were checking in with him. This is a hospitality business and being friendly and welcoming (at least) to your guests is pretty much standard at hotels."

"The hotel itself is quaint and convenient to downtown amenities. The room was clean and cozy-the partial view was a full view of the boardwalk, ocean and pier. Walk to shops, coffee & restaurants. Don’t miss Wool’s ~ sit at the bar for a bit & drink. You won’t regret it!"

"Parking was easy but you will pay $6 a night. The room was dated and the bathroom had an odor from the pipes. The customer service was excellent. No breakfast, but unlimited coffee. Full kitchen. "
