"The staff was great, the location was Breath taking and that’s reason enough to stay there. The facility is old and worn out and could use some spiffing up. The restaurant and staff leaves a lot to be desired. Again, perfect location with beautiful view but the one sour faced boy took alot away from the experience. One female waitress and one young woman table buster worked there Butz off while the others ignored patrons, took 20 minutes to bring one cup of coffee and looked miserable and clueless. Evening meal was better… second morning a bit Better with another unhappy waitress. Overworked and underpaid or poorly trained… whatever it was, it was unfortunate."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The staff was fantastic and super responsive. When our smoke detector started beeping—disturbing our sleep—the staff immediately stepped in to change the batteries and contact maintenance. Even though maintenance couldn't come right away, the staff successfully stopped the beeping so we could rest comfortably for the remainder of our stay. We also loved the pool—it was huge and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! The only minor issue was that the shower water backed up a bit while running, though it did drain quickly as soon as the water was turned off. We really appreciated the staff's great service!"

"Our family of 11, we had a lot of room there for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms with beds and bathrooms. We had a great time at this very clean home. The view of Lake Michigan was amazing and collecting rocks on the private beach was great. Lots of space for the children to run around outside. Our host answered all of our questions immediately, very helpful. Thank you!!!"
