« I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. « Très bien. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Deux points négatifs : la porte qui ne fermait pas bien et la piscine qui était vide. »

« After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again. »

« The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available. »

« Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely noisy, with young guests partying all night and no staff intervention. The cleanliness was really poor – the sheets were stained and yellowed, the floor was very dirty, and there were only two towels provided for a room of four people. On the positive side, there is a restaurant next door that is very good and worth trying. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. »
