"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"Villa was nice however the room is very dark as there is only one door to let the light in. Outside bathroom is a nice touch but shower took sometimes over 5 min to heat up and sometimes never got above Luke warm. Highly recommend hiring a scooter here as the location is out of ubud however the road down to the villa is very average. Did the rice paddy walk they provide as a free activity which was quite good. "We loved the quiet, luxurious ambience at The Ridge and had a super relaxing stay. The room was stylish and comfortable and the view of the ridge from the private pool and terrace was stunning.
