"Rooms were very clean but outside the property is in need of some work. One of the front desk staff agents was very unprofessional. Outdoor pool was closed upon arrival was never informed that there was an inside pool that was able to be utilized. Wasn’t aware there was an indoor pool until the day of check out."

"Staff great. Continental breakfast excellent. Ask for inside room, if on road side it is extremely noisy with motorcycles, trucks, and hot rods. We got our room moved without a problem."

"The staff was very respectful and helpful. The rooms were really clean. The breakfast choice was ok. I did wish I got bacon at least once though 😅. I spent a week there. There was plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location."

"What a lovely place. Centered on the Main Street of town and easily walked to all major attractions, except Jim Thorpe Burial site. The hotel was well updated with all conveniences you would expect in a modern hotel. We had a front room overlooking the street. The only negative was there is a balcony across the front of the hotel and people sat right in front of our windows and you could hear them talking. But it would go quiet by 10 o’clock at night. And we did spend a few hours out there enjoying the activities. We didn’t mind the activities out there at all and met several interesting people. The hotel restaurant was perhaps the best restaurant in town and was reasonably priced. Service was outstanding and friendly. We would stay here again if we decide to come back in the future."
