\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds and closet  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed 160×200 and a closet  
\- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

\- A lovely south-facing 40 m² garden, with parasol, garden table and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...

\- Swimming, surfing, sand yachting and kitesurfing on the beaches of Lestrevet, Porz Ar Vag, Kervijen, Kervel and Sainte-Anne-la-Palud (less than 10 min by car).

\- Discover the village of Locronan, ranked among the most beautiful in France (15 min)  
\- Visit Douarnenez: harbours, boat museum, coastal paths and typical town center (20 min)
