This charming house of 90 m² welcomes you for a peaceful stay a few kilometers from the Emerald Coast and Dinard. Ideally located in a quiet residential area, just 500 m from the city center, it offers a pleasant view of the garden and has all the necessary comforts for a stay with family or friends. Outside, a pretty walled garden will offer you a green setting to enjoy the sunny days in peace and quiet. The 30 m² terrace, furnished with a table and a barbecue, is ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing moments in the shade of the trees. As soon as you enter the house, you will discover a beautiful, bright and warm living room. The living room, furnished with care, invites you to relax thanks to its comfortable sofas and television for your movie nights. The dining room, open to the living room, offers a beautiful space to enjoy your meals. Right next door, a corner with a small office is installed allowing you to have a teleworking space. The kitchen open to the living room, modern and fully equipped, has everything you need to prepare good meals: gas stovetop, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you may need.
