Renee was very accommodating and available. She also provided great recommendations for local, non-touristy restaurants. Delightful view and lovely smaller beach. The downfall during our stay was that a hot water pipe or connection(unclear which) burst in the condo above us (they think that was the location) and the master bathroom flooded with some leakage into the bedroom. The bathroom cabinet and shelving underneath were soaked and damaged beyone repair. The manager was prompt to get her handyman to come in and remove all of the bathroom cabinetry but we had no hot water at the sink. We also lost water due to the community having a problem until the water tanks were refilled (seems that happens periodically). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. ##### Sandra R.
