Margaritas II is a lovely and sought-after condo development brilliantly located 4 short blocks from Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue. And it is only a few more blocks to its world famous white sand beaches. Located at the corner of Avenida 25 y Calle 24, our second floor unit, B208, is furnished in contemporary style and overlooks the large pool. We have we decorated with lots of traditional and contemporary Mexican art that is both inspiring and whimsical. Our two large bedrooms are away from the pool and so a calm quiet restful retreat is waiting for you there. Our condo is a perfect place either for families or a small group who want to have a great holiday in a lovely, friendly, fully equipped environment but who do not want the expense of full hotel service. Whether you are interested in exploring nearby ancient ruins at Tulum, lazing at the beach, eating some fantastic Mexican cuisine, engaging in water sports or sampling the non-stop excitement of Cancun (only one hour away), we know you will enjoy staying here. Some of the great things about our location in Playa: \- 10 minutes walk to the beach \- numerous excellent restaurants in the neighborhood (including the most famous restaurant in Playa - 'El Fogon' - which is only two blocks away) \- supermarket two blocks away \- organic supermarket one block way \- organic restaurants throughout neighborhood \*PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is included in your rental up to 160kwh/week which is usually more than enough for guests who don't leave all the air conditioners on full when they go out, or leave them on while sleeping. Leaving the air conditioners on all the times is simply environmentally unsound. After that 160kwh/week limit is reached, the renter will be responsible to pay the remaining owing to the property manager on departure. The rate is the published local utility rate. The apartment is spacious and artistically decorated. There were many conveniences from kitchen appliances to laundry. Much thought went into decorating and making things convenient for anyone who stays there. I hope it is available the next time I return. Close to town and stores and not far from a big store. Everyone in the complex is super friendly and the pool clean. And quiet for sleeping. The property manager is super responsive.
