I reached out to you to try to retrieve my money or to at least get a credit so I could visit Portugal and stay at the Villa Marquez a week or so later. You responded that you had tried to reach them but they refused. I do not understand why you are now asking me for my review of the stay. You are already informed that I was unable to visit. You are also informed that I wished to postpone my stay at the Villa Marquez. You are informed that they had refused. "Clean, well appointed room. Personable & professional Reception team. Kettle. Good WiFi. Plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast needed some hot tomatoes or mushrooms. Bit ordinary considering I paid a high NYE price. Centrally located and close to the Ayamonte ferry terminal. A good hotel."
