"We stayed in the adults only section. Room was decent and although we had an air con issue on the first day, the maintenance team resolved it right away. Staff were always lovely and friendly happy to help. Laura and Naomi on reception were very helpful and accommodating and Chef/Ches in catering was funny and very good at his job, always very quick service. Plenty of sunbeds. Spa was okay, a bit small and sauna wasnt working. Had a treatment was okay but more light touch than deep tissue. Adults entertainment was good each night. Adults restaurant was nice, good selection and always space to sit. Sometimes bar got busy but staff did their best."

"This hotel is brilliant. The location is great, the rooms are clean and nice and the staff are super friendly and very efficient. Our air con was broken but the manager DIEGO was absolutely brilliant and sorted things for us straight away in a very friendly and professional manner. the food is really nice with a good choice and high quality, and there is also plenty for the kids to do, and the entertainment in the evenings was really good. We would return to this hotel."

"It’s the second time we’ve stayed here. The complex is very well located, 5 mins away from ferry port, restaurants, 10 mins walk from either Playa Flamingo or Town Centre beaches. Property is very clean, has multiple fans available to use. Lots of entertainment on offer in property or at complex reception lounge room- books, dvds, board games, jigsaws etc. Tennis courts & boules court on site. Swimming pool has walk-in steps at both shallow and deep end. Sunbeds have cushions available and umbrellas are both available down in lock boxes beside the lifeguard station. Plenty of space around the pool on multiple levels, kiddies pool is also on separate level and toilets available at side of reception. Kitchen is very well equipped with pretty much you need. Patio has 2 sunbeds, reclining chairs, couch, 2 tables and chairs. Has easy to use washing machine and clothes dryer and pegs. Carpark is big and easy accessible. Bus station is 5 min walk away also so you can get bus straight from airport for approx. €3.50 Tariq is very quick to respond viaWhatsApp and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend, we’ve stayed as a family and as couple."

"Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a deluxe suite and had use of a semi private pool and unlimited snacks and drinks throughout the day. Absolutely amazing !!"
