"We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly. "

"Pool area was lovely and very clean. Bus stop was just outside and ran every 30 mins til after 10pm to the busier areas of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. The apartments and grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Lots of love went into this place !"

The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. "Perfect location, not far from airport and a taxi ride away to Puerto Del Carmen (about 12 Euros). room with ocean view, clean and modern. Upgraded to Preferred Club would highly recommend. Food good quality, cocktails are genuinely good especially Espresso Martini. Staff super efficient and friendly. Been here a few times and won’t be the last. Perfect place for total relaxation. "
