Stay comfortably in two side-by-side 2-bedroom units, each with a private entrance, near Downtown Plattsburgh. Perfect for groups or families, enjoy the convenience of fully equipped spaces, private off-street parking, and easy self check-in. Only a 5-minute stroll to downtown restaurants and the Plattsburgh Monument, with scenic paths leading to the Saranac River and Lake Champlain. An ideal home base blending urban amenities with natural beauty. This property has 3 total units in the building. One of the units is occupied by a long-term tenant. You will stay in the other 2 units, which are next to each other, side-by-side. Each unit has its own private entrance, so you will have access to two separate smart lock code combinations. Guests are permitted to use the backyard and fire pit. Please message me via the Airbnb app for any non-urgent requests. For anything urgent, feel free to call or text me directly via the phone number provided. In case of any emergencies, please call 911. 1) This listing is separated into two individual units that each have their own private entrance. The units are directly next to each other. 2) There are train tracks near the property that create a potential for noise. The train honks a horn as it passes through Plattsburgh. Most people have no problem with the noise, but we want to make sure guests are aware! This might also be a safety concern for those with small children. \*\*A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book.
