The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 66 m² duplex apartment in Plancoët which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows :  
Ground floor :  
\- 25 m² living room with TV and sofa  
\- Dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with two single beds  
\- Shower room  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, iron.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Plancoët, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
