« Friendly and helpful receptionist. Old property and dusty, and the pillows were not my preference. We also had trouble getting consistent hot water on our second morning, although the hot shower worked well the first night. The breakfast was fresh and good. One staff member checked in each guest by asking for their room number and frequently walked around to assist guests during breakfast service. I would rather pay an extra $10 for a newer place. »

« We have family that live in Waupaca and recently we’ve had numerous events over the years where when we come to town, we stay at this hotel. We recently had a loved one passed away and we’ve been there three times in the last month in relation to that situation. The hotel is conveniently located. I feel very safe there. The staff are very good. I find the breakfast is to be good as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we need to...
