The ice machine wasn't working when I got there, but it was quickly fixed. The refrigerator in my room (104) was not working well. Then apparently some ice fell off and melted on the floor and it seemed to work better after that. I called the front desk when I used the pool and discovered there was no dry towel for me to use and let them know towels were needed at the pool. Several hours later I checked and there still were not dry towels to use. The staff were very kind. The pool was clean and warm. Simple breakfast was very enjoyable and convenient. We stay here every time we head up to Wautoma to visit family and we never once had an unpleasant experience. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and work hard to make guests comfortable and happy.
