"The room overall was very nice, we loved the lodge aesthetic with wood decor and stone fireplace. Our room was a little unmaintained. For the price we paid, a cabinet door should not be falling off, the walls should be neat, the doors should close easily. We didn't use the amenities because we were there to see the autumn leaves; which we did. Not sure why it took 30 minutes to get our car from the valet in the middle of the day. I also think the lodge should have informed us there would be a wedding that weekend. The music was so loud. They could've offered to put us in a different room for an increased price and we probably would've paid it to get better rest. The music ended at 11pm. I would not recommend staying at the Prospectors Creek site since there is so much valet and luggage activity. The cars and people are constant. We were allowed to have our dog and maybe that's why the room was a little sub par since its a pet approved room. The views from above the lodge are jaw dropping. It is a beautiful property."

"We arrived early and Travis was extremely accommodating! Our room was great. Ouray, as always was beautiful and fun. The tub we soaked in was nice. 107 degrees, but it could have been hotter:) No complaints though, the water was relaxing."
