"Upon arriving at the property, curb appeal was a little lacking. However, never judge a book by its cover. When we got inside, the hotel was clean, well appointed, and the amenities were all there. The morning breakfast was good. Plenty of variety to make everyone happy. I have to say the most impressive part of the stay was Shane at the front desk. He was very personable and he was a tremendous help at check in. The location is ideal if you are traveling into downtown Pittsburgh. I would definitely stay there again."
