The only reason for not rating it higher was there were a LOT of bugs (dead and alive) throughout the house and it needed a really good clean to get them cleaned up. Other than that the house was great! It does need to be stocked with 13X9 pan(s) though as I had to go buy disposable ones to make a dish and a larger skillet to cook in. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves, relax. There is a hill to walk down to get to the lake, I would rate that as one of the best fishing spots I have fished. We used our pontoon for swimming and tubing, and just fished off the shore, and dock. There is a great carport attached to the house, it completely protects you, and your family from the elements. There was everything that we needed, and had great communication with the property manager. This was a great vacation spot, and I highly recommend this property. ##### Thomas R.
