Summary: This updated cabin will be the perfect place for a peaceful retreat in the entertainment filled city of Branson! Located in StoneBridge Village, this rustic lodge sits amidst the Ozark trees and is filled with all the comforts of home. You'll be able to enjoy the resort amenities as well as being only a few minutes from all the lively activities Branson has to offer! The Space: Welcome to Black Oak Lodge! This cabin sets against the trees inside of StoneBridge Village. When you walk inside, the vaulted knotty pine ceilings greet you with a warm welcome. Stylishly decorated and stocked with comforts, this cabin will be a home you will want to come back to again and again. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to relax after a great day of Branson activities. The large flat screen is hooked up to cable for the big game or log into the apps on the smart screen to watch your favorite movie. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you would need to cook up some of your favorites (pots, pans, blender, cookie sheets, mixer, etc.). Or just order take out from Ozark Mountain Pizza or one of the other local favorites and dine together at the table or choose to eat out on the screened-in patio! Both the front deck and the back deck are surrounded by trees and will quickly become your favorite spot for morning coffee. Everyone gets the best set up here because both bedrooms have king size beds and their own attached bathrooms featuring walking in showers and jetted soaking tubs! MAIN LEVEL \- Front Deck (there are stairs up to the front deck and front door) \- Living Room \- Kitchen and dining \- Screened in Back-Deck \- Bedroom 1 with king bed and attached bathroom UPSTAIRS \- Bedroom 2 with king bed and attached bathroom Guest Access: The entire cabin will be yours as well as access to all the resort amenities! The Neighborhood: StoneBridge Village is a wonderful gated resort with a great location just minutes from Silver Dollar City! This cabin is about a 3 minute drive from one of the resort amenity areas that includes a small community lake, Forest Lake! This lake/pond offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake! The StoneBridge Clubhouse is about a 5 minute drive away and offers a second outdoor pool, another playground, 3 tennis courts (bring your rackets), a fitness center, a restaurant, and LedgeStone Golf course! Getting Around: Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! StoneBridge implements a $7 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. Indian Point Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage! CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. We stayed for 4 nights. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive before and during the stay. The house is located in a 24/7 gated neighborhood. Everything (furniture, appliances) high end, nothing was second hand. Place was spotless - including the screened in porch. Comfortable beds. Huge clean bathrooms. Living room comfortable and well appointed. Quiet and private. Few minutes from the Ledgestone club house. 10/10 value. Will recommend! ##### Grant W. I was very nervous as this was my first time booking in vrbo but he was a great host! They did not have any outrageous requests upon our check like stripping beds or doing laundry, they only ask that you clean up after yourself and take out the trash The house is absolutely beautiful, the furniture is well kept, and bedding was nice and clean. The property is in a country club and the grounds are beautiful, there is so many amenities. I definitely recommend people to stay at this property! ##### Shannon V. This lodge was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. It was far enough away from the strip to not get caught in traffic but yet close enough to do all the activities. The cabin was very clean and check in was easy. I had some problems with VRBO itself on my account and struggled getting information from the property manager until close to my stay. The communication itself from the manager was good though. The only issue I see is that the sofa bed is not very stable. It might be okay for children, but I wouldn’t say this space can sleep 6 adults. It is close to Silver Dollar City and the property is pretty. ##### Jenny S. I'm VERY picky when it comes to picking places for me and my family to stay. It was very well decorated and clean. It even had a cabinet with games and puzzles that my kids loved going through. The front and back porch were both very nice and relaxing. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and the property manager was very quick to help me get those changed. Adam checked on us after check in and again during our stay, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this lodge! ##### Brittany T.
