"This is a nice place to stay for a small family or two couples. Only a single bathroom though. Also we had a very bad experience with taxis. This property is located on the opposite side of the island from the ferry port. You need to take a taxi to get there. The taxi we booked to return us to the ferry at the end of our stay didn't show up. We nearly missed the boat. A very kind older fellow did drive us to the ferry and we did manage to make it on time. "Hosts could not be any nicer or more helpful. Great for ideas and arranging transfers (cabs) to/from port). The apartment was perfect for our family of 7 (using the couches as single beds). Easy walk to nice local beach and short bus ride to Golden Beach, which we loved. Grocery and restaurants within walking distances. Car rental appeared to be right there, but no need with bus service - buy tickets at market just down from apartment and have a blast! Favorite feature: amazing decks/patios....

"We arrived to Katerina after a disastrous day of travelling (lots of mix ups and confusion) and we were so realieved to be welcomed by the owner warmly. Firstly the owner was so so helpful, and friendly in general, at the hotel all day to help with any problems or advice or just for a chat. Great guy and made up want to return. "Great place to stay- 2 minute walk to beach! Very clean. Raffaele was a great host- brought me a hair dryer right away when I told him my place did not have one. Only thing is I wish is that he told me when he is in the office for check in/ asked for when I am arriving as when I got there the office was locked/he was not there. But he put up the wifi password so I was able to message him and he came within 30 minutes. This was my first time using VRBO so next time I will give them my arrival...

"An amazing peaceful getaway! We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The highlight is the pool area. You can tell it’s all new and very aesthetic. Comfortable sun lounges with a nice view. The location is awesome if you want to enjoy a slow paced, relaxing holiday. It feels isolated but you’re actually a short walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. We had a car which was definitely helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathrooms have been redone and they’re really nice. There is AC and we had a good balcony. I found the beds too hard but that’s personal preference I guess, my partner was fine. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Always eager to assist with prompt service. Breakfast is very good and is served in a beautiful outdoor area with great views. A good selection of eggs, toast, fruit, cold cuts etc plus coffee, water and juice. Overall I loved PNOI and would stay again. Will be recommending it to all of my friends!"
