We loved this place and location! Everyone loved the freedom of being so close to the beach and all the restaurants/shopping. The homes were very clean and spacious. Both houses were clean, and we felt right at home. I cannot tell you how many times everyone said "this place is such a great find!" Bonus: the beds were the comfiest I've experienced in a rental situation. Our group also had a wonderful time exploring everything Pismo had to offer. The town is extremely walkable from this property, and we found ourselves loving the local atmosphere. By the end of our trip, we felt right at home navigating to the different coffee shops, restaurants, and nearby bars. We loved having two houses on one lot, so we could have the early sleepers and late sleepers keep to their own schedules and still hangout altogether during the day. The rooms were clean and practically furnished. We particularly found the upgraded electrical outlets with USB ports located throughout the rooms very handy. And the location was just a dream. Literally two doors down from the beach, it was so convenient to walk along the boardwalk and pier day and night. The kids (ages 2-10) loved the play structures, swings, and cement slides (adults loved it too) a few minutes walk down the boardwalk. We loaded up our wagons and were on the beach within minutes - an easy stroll back to the house for naptimes as well. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby and groceries a short drive away as well. We had great communication with the property manager and could tell that this home was well-used and well-cared for. We would love to come back again next summer.
