« I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything. »

« It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. « Overall a great place to stay. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room in the cabin. The kids loved all of the campground amenities. We were only 15 minutes from the zoo. The only issue I run into was check-in. I feel like that process needs to be better explained in the welcome message. Great stay, would stay there again. »

« We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is large enough for a family yet still has a cozy layout to give everyone individual space. The kitchen is will equipped for cooking and a nice grill outside. A large deck with a huge dock for swimming and boating. Easy to communicate with the owners whom are nice and accommodating. A beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake and I will definitely rent again! »
