"Thomas was super friendly and made check-in great! The room itself was exactly what I was looking for with my solo trip through New River Gorge. Nothing outstanding, but solid all around. Great for the cost!"

Bear Claw Cove #2 Pet Friendly-Hot tub-Kayak

"Perfect quiet location with Hot Tub. Cabin was so clean and smelled so good when we first arrived. Bear decorated cabin aka Bear Claw Cabin. Everything was so relaxing at the cabin. We spent our days hiking to all the Watefalls with 30ish miles and then soaking in the hot tub in the evening time. Picked this location since it was in the middle of the area for all the local Waterfalls and Hiking trails. Very quiet area, not alot of traffic, plenty of nature to see. We also stopped and watched the construction on the BlueStone Dam. That was pretty cool. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from, but we did go to Hawg Jaws BBQ, Moe's Restaurant, & River City Grill & Pub. Azul Mexican Restaurant in Princeton was on our way back from some waterfalls. We tried to eat at BlueStone Dining Room at Pipestem State Park, but it was too hot at 87 degrees in the restaurant and only 78 outside. The reviews were not that good but had decided to try it out anyways, with no luck as we left. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants piece and quiet and to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city."

"We always wanted to stay in an RV. Kids loved it! Grandma not so much! The bathroom was squished with so many towels hanging on the door. Pretty tight for the space vs people! But if we were staying long we probably could have spread out better…. Pool was cold… but two of the boys were fine…"

"The property is more beautiful in person than the photos show from outside. There is lots of space outside for kids to play. The hot tub was nice and access to the neighborhood pool was appreciated. Great access to Pipestem. Overall cleans, lots of towels and pillows were provided. We had trouble with checkin due to an incorrect code being provided and it took awhile to reach the host, but communication was otherwise quick and the property manager was very helpful when the owner contacted her to help out with a few things."
