"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

My only complaint is that the property is pretty old and you can easily hear people walking in the hallway, talking, people around you turning on hairdryers, etc. so be aware if you are sensitive to noise. The stay was great otherwise and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff!"
