We invite you to escape the stresses of life and retreat to our fun, family cabin in Pinetop, AZ.
PLEASE READ our description in its ENTIRETY as we clearly explain any additional costs you may incur.
Situated in Pinetop Country Club, 1 block away from the champion golf course, your friends and family will find year round entertainment here! (For security purposes, we do not give the address of the cabin out until you are provided your check in instructions.)
Our cabin boasts 2 full kitchens, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Because of this our cabin is ideal for multi-family use!
The downstairs unit consists of one on-suite bathroom, with a queen bed in the bedroom + tv. The living room is adorned with a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 people) and a charming fire place + tv. The kitchen has a table seating 4, plus 2 barstools at the counter. The kids game room has 1 queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 people) and boasts a professional grade air hockey table, and large tv. Total the downstairs unit sleeps 6 people.
The upstairs unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bar/ entertainment room, kitchen and dining room.
The master bedroom is equipped with 1 king size bed +tv (sleeps 2).
The upstairs bunk room is equipped with 2 queen sized bunk beds (sleeps 8). So much fun for kids!
The upstairs tower room is equipped with 1 king size bed (sleeps 2).
Our entertainment room is equipped with a bar (with a wine fridge and separate small bar fridge, so bring your own booze!) and a poker/"table pool" table, regular pool table as well as a TV, sofa and chair. This room is ideal for your having fun.
The kitchen area in the upstairs unit is also equipped with a tv and a beautiful fire place.
The dining room seats 8 people at the table comfortably.
We are excited to share our property with you, but ask that you respect it. We want you to have fun, and enjoy your time, but please know this is our family cabin. We do not allow parties, events or large gatherings. Also, please remember that this is a place we bring our children to on the weekends and enjoy our family time together as well, thus we want to make sure the property stays in excellent condition!
PARKING: Absolutely no more than 6 vehicles allowed on the property at any time. This includes toy hauler trailers (thus a toy hauler will count as 1 vehicle). Per HOA rules, motorhomes, RVs and camper trailers are NOT allowed on the property. There is no street parking, but plenty of space for up to 6 vehicles to park.
NON REFUNDALBE PET FEE: Pets are welcome if approved by us first.
There will also be a pet fee of $100 per stay for up to 3 pets.
The yard is not fenced, so you will be responsible for keeping track of your pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin. Guest provides own kennel. PET FEE is charged at time of booking.
CHARGES AFTER BOOKING: (Charges you may incur after your initial booking) We like to be transparent and up front, which is why we draw attention to the following:
SATURDAY CHECK OUT FEE: Reservations checking out on a Saturday will be charged an additional $100 fee (billed after booking) as the cleaners charge and additional fee for Saturday cleanings.

8 PERSON OCCUPANCY RATES: Nightly rates are based on a 8 person occupancy. Guests over a count of 8 will be charged a fee of $5 per person per night. Thus if you had 10 guests total for your reservation, you would be charged an additional $10 per night. This fee is charged at the time of booking and you will see it displayed appropriately. (Therefore you will not be charged this fee after booking unless you add additional guests to your reservation later on).
SOFA SLEEPER BEDDING: Parties 14 guests or less will not have access to the blankets and linens provided for the sofa sleepers. If your guest count is 15 or over, we will provide you with access to the linens and blankets for the sofa sleepers.
LIABILITIES and DISCLAIMERS:
BABIES AND TODDLERS: The cabin is not baby or toddler proofed. If you are traveling with young children you do so at your own risk. We are not liable or responsible for any injuries or harm.
WINTER WEATHER DISCLAIMER:
Well we can't predict the weather, so first and foremost it is important to be aware that we are at 7000 feet elevation! With that said, we get lots of snow during the winter months and winter driving conditions!! In the winter months, make sure you have a vehicle that can operate and drive in such winter driving conditions. 4 wheel drive and/or chains are a MUST! We are not responsible for you getting stuck or unable to make it to our cabin due to weather conditions and road conditions. Make sure to plan ahead! Do not park close to the street during the winter months, so as to allow the snow plow enough room to get through without damaging your vehicle. Stefano's Management, LLC is not liable for damages to vehicles caused by snow plows.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: April 2021: Due to liability reasons we no longer are allowed to have an outdoor wood burning fire pit. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
AC: We have installed 2 window AC units for the third floor bedrooms to help cool them down in the evenings of the warmer summer months.
Important to note: We require additional paperwork be signed once reservation is confirmed. This includes our subsequent rental agreement, pet addendum if applicable and any other pertinent information. Our documentation is sent to you via DocuSign. Responsible party (person renting the property) must be 25 years of age and must also be staying for the reservation.
We do not allow reservations made on behalf of other guests.
