"This truly was my worse stay at a hotel, the smell is one of the most horrendous things my nose has ever come across. The bathroom is like a crime scene the room deserves an Oscar for depicting where the world ends. I got onto the second floor and part of it looked like an abandoned building, I was genuinely waiting for people to jump out and attack of sewer rats or snakes in the vents. I don’t know how this place is operational. If it was $20 a night it’d still be too expensive. Also there’s red stuff all over the carpets is that blood? Yeah please save your money 💰 "

"I booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds provided were clearly smaller than standard queen size. There was not enough space for my family, and one of us had to sleep in a chair. This alone felt like a misrepresentation of the room type. In addition, we never received housekeeping, and requests for extra pillows and towels were not fulfilled. The environment was not family-friendly there was loud music, smoking, and disruptive noise throughout the night, including disturbances that woke my children. I did call during the stay to report the noise, but the overall situation did not improve. There were also multiple maintenance concerns. The shower had poor water pressure and inconsistent temperature. The elevator made loud, concerning noises, and the parking lot was not properly cleared despite recent weather. No luggage carts were available even well before checkout. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or accuracy in advertising. I would not recommend this property, especially for families. "
