"I booked a Suite with two queen beds and the sofa pull out. I have a big family and needed the extra bed. I check in and grab the keys with that in mind. Went back downstairs told them it wasn’t the room I reserved and paid for in Expedia. The front desk said you reserved it but it doesn’t mean you get what you reserved and that they booked all rooms available. So what was the point of the reservation? So they gave us a rolling bed. Luckily my kid didn’t complain and we brought our own bed set. And there is a lot of construction right outside the hotel. Not a pretty sight. Who knows how long that construction is going to be there. "

"Wonderful hotel in a great location, especially if you're attending an event at Target Center. You can use the Skywalk to go right into the venue without going outside, which is great if it's wintertime. The rooms are spacious, the staff is super-friendly and helpful. The lobby restaurant has great food. The only ding is that ice and vending is only located on two floors, but that's a minor quibble. I highly recommend The Royal Sonesta. "
