"Ni tan siquiera pude quedarme perdí mi dinero normalmente reservo habitaciones y primera vez que veo que si no llegas a las 9 pm pierdes tu habitación aunque ya aigas pagado la habitación. Normalmente antes de las 11 pm se puede hacer el check in pero aquí no. So que mas puedo decir."

"Despite the hotel having construction I was really impressed by this place. The room was comfy and clean. The staff was amazing. I paid extra for the breakfast and was glad I did as it was good. The staff person in there was extremely helpful. I like my mountain view from the 10th floor. Parking was really easy to find and the area has a tonne of dining options. My neighbors were loud at first but as it became night the hotel was as quiet as can be. I will be staying here again. "

"It was a nice room the only thing I didn't like was the fire alarm going off in the night and having to go all the way down upstairs and wait by the bus stop just to come to find out that it was 8th floor not 6th floor so I could've stayed in my room the entire time.. it was loud and cold and annoying and then nobody even told us what you do I feel like they need to be more on top of it if they have fire like that they need to walk to each room and tell them they need to leave the floor that just let the fire alarm to it"
