« Great location, very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! »

« Property needs a major renovation concerning the outside and rooms. The rooms are doable and very basic. In addition, you have broken faucets in shower area, stained commode, rust on pipes and bolt heads, calcium build up on tub drain with no drain plug. Old tv, microwave and small fridge. Hoqever, The room was clean, a.c. worked and blew cold air, and parking lot was well lit. »

« There was a huge hump in the vinyl plank flooring that ran the length of the room, cleaning service didn’t clean the room, took out dirty towels but didn’t replace with clean and left beds unmade. For $300 a night I expected more. »

« First impression when we got there it smelled so bad.. It smelled like sewage.. Then we had to wait on someone to come to front desk.. When I ask about breakfast they did have it but it cost $15 for buffet or you could order off menu.. But when I pay over 500 for 2 nights, I expect free breakfast.. Also if you want housekeeping you have to notify the front desk 24 hrs. in advance.. Never stayed anywhere you didn't have your room cleaned & restocked or trash emptied.. « The check in was very long, the hotel smells like urine. We made it our room around 11 pm due to basketball. The tub had hair in it, the room smelled like mold, the sofa bed was not clean enough for anyone to sleep on, it was old and wore down. The wall was leaking water, the smoke detector had a cup over it. The curtains were not on. The smell alone was just awful. »

« This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a while, looked newly renovated, clean room, smelled good. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Safe area. Will be our new regular when visiting there for tournaments. »

« Hotel Monroe was beautiful with clean well kept rooms! Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side so if you require a larger bathroom space, I would keep that in mind, but overall a lovely stay! »

« I did not like any of it. The door to the motel room looked like it had been kicked in from a drug raid about 50 times. One of their walls was just plywood. There was gouges all in the bathroom where it looked like someone just had a knife and started carbon things in the wall we had to hold the wire to even be able to use the microwave and it was all the way around horrible horrible stay »

« This place has never met a duster or broom in its life 😵‍💫 and the shower curtain had mold, the cold water didn’t work in the shower so I was stuck with REALLY hot water, and the one towel I was provided was literally Dirty! Had black stains like if someone found it on the ground and just folded it for the room. »
