« Lobby was under construction... Missing flooring and walls about 2ft up..... No AC in the hall or stairwell - the units were running and blowing hot air out... Room had dirty sheets... no hair dryer.... not enough towels... Halls smelt of smoke... »

« The front desk folks went above and beyond and so so nice. Had an issue with a Maid, just very inconsiderate. I was caring a medium cooler down the hall, and she started to walk and took up the whole aisle so I could not pass. Had to wait for her to move past me before I could proceed. Then she rolled her eyes (a few times). Another housekeeper saw this interaction and came up to me and asked if she could carry my cooler. (by the way, a bit handicap and walk with a limp). Sad when you...

« Amazing host and such a great experience. The kids were coming in after a concert and didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the host was incredibly accommodating and understanding about the late check-in. They also took the time to message me and let me know the kids arrived safely, which meant so much to me. Great communication, kindness, and hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommend! »
