"I liked the themed, semi-kitchy cowboy chic aesthetic of our room. The neighborhood was filled with bars, so there was a group of drunk and rowdies walking around the neighborhood when we arrived for check in. That was annoying but no real problem since they were across the street from the hotel rather than at the hotel. Parking was okay, just be careful if you are driving an SUV with a cargo box on top, the underground garage parking may not be tall enough to accommodate you. However, the super kind front desk receptionist who checked us in gave us good parking tips. We arrived around 11:30pm on a Saturday, but we still lucked out and grabbed the last above ground parking spot. The bed was comfortable and the flooring was a great choice since this hotel accepts pets. After all was said and done, it was a good stay and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to make it a comfy space."

"Very clean, staff was friendly. Parking was a little cramped with our 1 ton dually but got it done. Pretty quiet even with the trains going by. Fantastic shower !"

"This is a classic,older motel with moderate pricing. It is nicely situated within the interesting part of the classic downtown area. The staff was very helpful, appreciated the breakfast bar and the stay was worth the price. We would definitely stay again."

"Staff friendly, even with a check in after midnight. Parking lot was full and the clerk directed me to a nearby safe spot to park. For an older motor lodge, care was taken in updating bathroom. Bed was comfortable. There was a pool but no time to enjoy it, next time."
