"We had a fantastic three night stay despite the bad weather.
The service, food and ambience all scored 10/10. Carmen who provided concierge services made reservations for us ahead of our stay. Stand out location, smart decor, and when the sun came out on our last day we realised the restaurant Tella had a sea view which was previously hidden by cloud. Wonderful!"

"Pity no hotel restaurant or bar was open - but not a problem since there are more of both than you can wave a stick at in Gijon and all within walking distance and of reasonable price and quality."

"The front-desk staff staff were very helpful. I had a suitcase delivered prior to my arrival and a rental bicycle picked up after I arrived. They provided a box, scissors, and tape that I needed to properly prepare the bike and accessories for handoff.
I was disappointed in the restaurant menu. I am vegan and there was not a single vegan or vegetarian option. Most cities of size offer several options, but in general and in most restaurants, the cuisine is intensely animal based. When salads are offered, they are usually an entree, contain meat or fish, and are expensive.
