2/5 Poor
"Location is s central. Liked that.
The service was very poor. Phone in the room but not connected/working at all. One has to walk to reception to obtain help.
No concierge services.
Breakfast was not great. Some burnt food.
Pool view rooms have no pool view. Rather book Mountain View."

"We went to Eswatini for a Hawane dam fishing trip.
Hawane resort was a excellent place to stay , with friendly staff.
Unfortunately Hawane dam access is now controlled by Malaloja game reserve and even with a fishing license obtained by Malaloja, we found it extremely difficult to enter the dam premises. It is also extremely sad to see and hear that they allow nets in Hawane dam. We caught this carp, removed pieces of net from it, and released him."
