The TV service (satellite/cable/internet) was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped, but we only used the coffeemaker. My husband took me out to eat so I didn’t have to cook. The beds were very comfortable. The views from the covered decks were awesome. At night the lights from Pigeon Forge were beautiful. Our hostess, Irene, was the BEST. She checked in several times to be sure we had all we needed. She even had a couple of things delivered to the cabin for us. I think that was OUTSTANDING. She is the most wonderful hostess we have ever had. It was not too far up in the mountains which is exactly what we wanted. The layout was great. It held our party of 6 with no issues. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub while I enjoyed the sunrise/sunset off of our private balconies. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable & the bathrooms spacious. The walk-in shower -!Irene was a wonderful host. The week before we were scheduled to go on our trip, my daughter fell and broke her ankle. Irene worked with us and we were able to reschedule our trip to Labor Day weekend. She was so accommodating and nice during the whole process.I cannot say enough great things about this stay. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge to be downtown in a few minutes but far enough away to enjoy a nice quiet evening on the deck. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Michelle S.
