"Pros: My wife & myself loved everything about this house! From what it looked, the house has been recently fully renovated. All bedrooms are spacious & nicely decorated. There are 3 living rooms! we spent an evening playing cards in the library. The pool area is very pleasant, the view of the valley is absolutely magical! "We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals...

"My first time to Perugia and I picked to stay 2 nights at Sins Brufsni given its excellent location and prestigious 5 star title. It’s in an excellent location overlooking the walks of hilltop of Perugia. Thx staff are friendly, local so it’s good to chat for about localized food and sight seeing options. The hotel though looks grandeur in style, both design and decoration however you notice things are getting old and worn out. The sauna and jacuzzi i used in the -3rd: floor seem in a bit remote location. Bad and Restaurant menu is the same and look quite limited. Hope they can do something about upgrading these areas."

"The hotel is well situated very close to the mini metro where you can also easily take an elevator to the top of the historic centre or walk (lots of stairs); close to main points of interest and places to eat. While The Building is old, certainly my room had upgrades modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, and it was really clean apart from shower dispenser soap. There are no other amenities like shampoo and conditioner. I enjoyed my stay. If you were travelling casually, this is the place for you. I travelled alone and I felt very safe. However, some business travellers may need more amenities like a proper desk, etc.. staff was very hopeful"
