"Much better than a hotel. Quiet, peaceful & safe. The outside lights were good. The staff was nice & helpful. It was no trouble to get extra washcloths & coffee filters. We stayed in the economy double unit 21 but there most units around us were empty. Our location was up on a hill overlooking peaceful land & we also had grassy outdoor space right outside our door . There were wild geese & deer running around at times. We had the end unit of a fourplex. The neighbor said that unit 12 inside unit, with porch with table & chairs & BBQ had a kitchen, which we did not need. We were told we could use the outdoor table & chairs from the unit next door since it was empty. The bed was comfortable & the bedspread was cute & functional..the linens were good. The towels were fluffy & soft. The room had a small nice refrigerator, microwave & 4 cup coffee maker. The room was a good size. It had a square table & 2 chairs, a desk & chair & a long dresser with tv on it. The furniture was in decent condition. The room was clean with the shower, toilet & sink in good repair. Outside of the bathroom was a vanity area around the sink & hanging closet area that was nice. The interior walls & flooring were in good condition. We stayed 5 nights & prefered it over a hotel room. If we ever came back to the area we would not hesitate to come here. It's not luxury but it fit with what we needed. CON- WiFi is not very good. Outside picnic table & door could have used a good paint job."

"Awesome place to stay. Rooms are clean. Property is quite. Owners are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here any time. Cabins are a 15 minute drive to Mt Rushmore and there is a restaurant across the road that has excellent food and you can walk from there back to your room."

"BRING A SLEEP MASK OR DONT STAY HERE! Smoke detectors over each bed shine a VERY BRIGHT green light in your eyes every 10 seconds. Hard to sleep at night. So bright that you can even be disturbed with your eyes closed. Other than this big problem everyone and everything was top notch !"
