"Church House was perfect for me and my three teen grandsons to explore Sao Miguel. There was plenty of room to spread out, inside and outside. The kitchen was well equipped, but be sure to buy ground coffee. There is no coffee grinder. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and very clean. The beds are comfortable. "We came to the Azores for my daughter's wedding. My wife picked out this place from the pic's on your site. The place far surpassed the photos. Have never seen grounds that were so beautiful and the cottage was just as nice. Great owners, friendly neighbors. Easy access to the highway. If (or when) we come back, I would stay here once again."

Our flights were cancelled and Bonita worked with us to make some changes. They offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and spots to visit. "We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and relaxing family-run hotel! Ana Isabel and her staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. "It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome."
