"Quiet area with a nice lake and farm animals. Building is an ancient farm renovated. Problem was the swimming pool was cold and the jacuzzi warming up so we couldn't enjoy all the features although we came earlier for that."

"I have visited Domaine de Barive quite a few times over the last few years and if I had to list the wonderful facilities the perfect staff the amazing rooms the dynamic food !!! there would never be a room available for me for my next visit. "This hotel is wonderful. It is quiet and cozy. The courtyard is adorable and welcoming. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. Free wifi worked well and the small tea set in our room was just perfect. The pool and hot tub was something my kids loved and was a life saver for us after 5 intense days of sightseeing Paris. Overall, we would love to stay here again for a longer period to enjoy the quite serenity of the French countryside!"
