The hotel is great. Sea view, with a beautiful garden path to the beach. The included breakfast is large with lots of selections and delicious, best one I have had in a while. The units are great with lots of space. The beach is a little eroded, but still great. What's nice is the resort is close to the main city Phu Quoc.

Our room was spacious with a fantastic ocean view, clean and modern.The shower, however, was a weak point. Not enough water pressure. Staff was very very helpful and polite especially our receptionist, Trang. Always cheerful and eager to help.

Hard to give the place a great review when I had $350 stolen from the safe. I will say that the reception staff are very good though. Location is alright, not a lot to see or do in Phu Quoc, would only recommend it for a couple of days.

Enjoyed our stay with Coral Bay. The rooms are spaciousness and well maintained. Right on the beach to longe on or a lovely pool to swim in as well. The front desk was always very helpful to answer our questions. The breakfast was something I always looked forward to having. Excellent variety and food choices and very delicious. Every morning there are different choices.

Sewer lines pumps stinky black sewer water directly to the beach. Everyone had to evacuate when the sea water was died black. Whether it is the government's or the hotel's responsibility, it is poluting the beautiful beach and you never want to swim in that water ever again. Beautiful beach view though. Actually, if you keep thinking about the environment, you shouls never visit Phu Quoc or you will keep feeling guilty about every single trail of yours. Service is super bad. While description in details says that they have fridge. False advertising. They have cooler only which keep your food around 20 C degree or 60 F. Very strick about towels policy. They call everyday to check on you if you bring the towels out and back. Every complains was handled unprofessionally and the night staff would yell at me until I left. I was requesting to see the manager and the night staff member literally said "If you have complaints, go talk to Hotels.com but you will never have a chance to talk to our manager."

We had an incredible stay in one of the garden bungalows - the room exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was great and the location was perfect for the beach bars nearby. Would highly recommend!

My favorite thing on top of the hotel being so perfect was, the manager, Henry, dropped by our room to see how everything was. Nice touch. Thank you to Henry and all the staff.

Great Hotel, with very kind staff. However neighboring construction was loud, and went from 7:30am-10pm. The breakfast buffet included was also very good, and dishes changed daily. It is located close to a ton of restaurants and bars. The resort prices are reasonable (3-8 dollars per drink). The beach and pool were also very clean. I would return, and recommend bringing ear plugs due to the construction noise

Lovely place and clean but be warned of the noise!
The building work opposite if you are looking at the mountains is far too loud. They start work before 7am and don’t finish til past midnight. If you pay for a suite like I did you at least expect to be able to sleep. They offered nothing, did not mention it and didn’t ask how our 4 night stay was.

Breakfast selection and environment was great and relaxing. Great customer service from the receptionists Dominic and Jane. Very happy with how well stocked our water and amenities were. The villa was spacious and beds were comfy. However, the entrance of the hotel seemed dodgy initially due to construction work but our stay was peaceful.

A nice location and spacious villa but a few frustrations mean it doesn’t justify the price. Disappointing that the villas are all squeezed in together meaning only the front ones have sea views, plus the fact that the ground floor of the villa smelt of damp and didn’t seem to be quite finished yet. Staff were nice and the pool and beach were good. Good location for beach, exploring the night market and the rest of the island by motorbike. Buffet breakfast was good too

This is the most ridiculous hotel in Vietnam. Upon check out they claimed two small towels were missing from the bathroom and would not let our taxi leave. Housekeeping had probably removed the towels the day before. It's ridiculous and unprofessional that a supposed 3.5 star hotel that cost 50usd+ a night would make such a big deal about two small cheap towels and make me go back to the room to search for them. I don't know if they do this on purpose to try to get extra money from foreigners but it was total BS and I refused to pay anything. The rooms itself are okay and the hotel is right on the beach but the staff in this place are poorly trained and pathetic. I've stayed all over Vietnam in over 50 places and I've never encountered such garbage behavior, not even in 10 dollar guesthouses. I would not recommend staying in such a trashy hotel. Moreover, there is construction of a new hotel right next door, at 7am I was awoken by banging. The hotel moved us to a room farther away but why didn't they just do that when we checked in instead of giving us a room literally 5 feet from ongoing construction? This place is just a poorly run hotel. It's pathetic and a disgrace. There are so many decent hotels right on the beach in Phu Quoc this place is making a huge mistake being dicks to guests.

A VERY GOOD HOTEL!
This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in all of Vietnam. The staff is incredibly courteous, the breakfast buffet is excellent (a huge shout out to the staff in the dining room). The hotel is a family-run business, and, it shows. We had a corner room with windows on both sides, overlooking the pool and ocean - the BEST sunsets we've seen. The food is reasonably priced, as are the drinks. The pool staff could work a bit harder. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know going to Phu Quoc. We stayed 8 days.

Staff was helpful although they speak very little English. Disappointed upon arriving as we noticed there were on-going construction all around the neighbouring areas. Although we were informed the works will stop at 4pm daily but it still continued till 6pm. No such thing as sleeping in or quiet time as noise from construction starts at 9am. No access to the beach. And you will need to rent a motorbike or car to go to the Duong Dong area eg. Night market, most of the restaurant rows etc

Rooms were well maintained with excellent views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great with several restaurants and shops close by. Beach was very disappointing - there really is no beach and there is broken pipes with signs telling you to watch out for rusty metal pieces from the old sandbags.

Super clean, nice beach and pool, great breakfast. They managed to cram everything I want in a resort into a compact space. Down side are the noise levels of neighboring construction and the resort is flanked by beach clubs that play EDM until 3am. Our high floor was appreciated!

We stayed in a bungalow close to the pool/beach it was very spacious and new with a very nice bathroom. The resort was very nice and had a good atmosphere with a swim up bar to the pool. The staff was incredible and very helpful. We were able to rent a motorbike from the front desk in less that 5 minutes and be on our way touring the island. For the price of this resort it is a bargain compared to others. We would definitely come back!!

Property is lovely, staff are very good and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and nice. I had a sea view room and it was perfect to just have some wine and chill. The pool is nice with a bar. The food and drink are reasonably priced. The beach is average but that seems to be the case for Long Beach. The hotel is about 10 mins drive to the main town. During my stay, there was a construction next door and a night party at next door bar. So it was noisy though it is not the fault of the hotel.

The Coral Bay was a wonderful place to stay! I stayed here for a week and the owners did everything to make sure my time was perfect. They helped me to plan and set up small group and individual tours. I definitely recommend The Coral Bay as the best place to stay in Phu Quoc.

This is a newer low rise building on a nice section of beach. Staff was helpful and the included breakfast buffet was great. Hotel is still expanding its offerings, such as a dinner menu, but is close to many restaurants, stores and ATM One unfortunate issue is that the grey water outflow spills on to the beach just below the high tide line, and can be a bit stinky if the wind is blowing the wrong direction. This would be a non issue if it was carried some distance below the low water mark.

The room (no 4) had a lovely location facing the beach. Service was good as front desk staff gave us advice on taxis and day trips esp tip for paradiso @ sao beach. Ty! Perhaps cleanliness in the room cld be improved... 2 cockroaches in bathroom and floor in room not swept thoroughly. Mat at main door or broom in the room wld have helped to keep room fairly free of sand.

Exceeded expectations
Beautiful property that exceeded expectations! Room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful, with everything from helping us book tours to even going so far as to spend over an hour assisting one of my friends with a problem with the flight she booked out of Phu Quoc. Three separate staff members stepped in to troubleshoot the problem and find a solution for her and that really impressed me. The beach area is very peaceful and well kept, and the location is within walking distance to amazing restaurants and nightlife in the area. Also, the breakfast included was delicious, fresh, and included a variety of options (Vietnamese and Western food).
